AIM

This 10-hour training program was developed by OSHA to provide important safety information on fundamental OSHA standards and to minimize injuries in the workplace.  The course covers various topics used in the construction industry standards.  The content includes the required courses, elective courses are available.

CONTENT

• Introduction to OSHA
• OSHA Focus Four Hazards-Including:
• Fall Protection, Electrical, Struck By, Caught in/between
• Personal Protective & Lifesaving Equipment
• Health Hazards in Construction-Including:
• Hazard Communications and Silica
• 2 Additional Electives will be offered   

DURATION

10 Hours

PREREQUISITES

• A statement of health form (completed on first day of course)

COURSE COMPLETION

All persons who successfully complete the program based on performance standards will receive an OSHA certificate of completion and card.
