AIM

This 10-hour training program was developed by OSHA to provide important safety information on fundamental OSHA standards as they apply to General Industry and to minimize injuries in the workplace.  The course covers various topics used in the general industry standards.  The content includes the required courses, elective courses are available.

• Walking and Working Surfaces
• Personal Protective & Lifesaving Equipment
• Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans
• Fire Prevention Plans and Fire Protection
• Electrical
• Hazard Communication
• 2 Additional Electives will be offered

DURATION

10 Hours

PREREQUISITES

• A statement of health form (completed on first day of course)

COURSE COMPLETION

All persons who successfully complete the program based on performance standards will receive an OSHA certificate of completion and card.
