Are you in need of a production location with a high clarity deep water pool? Our pool was the first choice for a number productions including a van crash scene for the Netflix Original “The OA” and a Thinkmodo production for a commercial involving an underwater nightclub. Don’t waste time breaking down and setting up every day at a recreational pool, reserve our location to meet your exclusive production needs. The facility features a flat bottom fresh water 30' x 30' x 13' deep square well tank and a 10' x 30' x 4' deep shallow end. The 100,000 gallon tank is heated to 85 degrees with water clarity maintained by 1,000-lbs of sand filtration. Immediately around the pool is over 2,000 SqFt of deck and production space with an additional 3,000 SqFt of offstage area including green rooms, dressing rooms complete with restrooms, lockers and showers, a cross over, multiple elevated platforms, and a temperature controlled shop. On site staging and parking is included! We are surrounded by acres of open area suitable for semi-trailer trucks, RVs, catering trucks, transport, and portable production facilities. We offer the Northeastern Film and Television industry the ONLY indoor pool with a full theater and 10,000-lb personnel-lift rated crane. The theater allows instant adjustment of audio, lighting, wind, or rain. The 10,000-lb personnel-lift rated overhead crane is capable of traversing the full length of the production area. Only minutes off Interstate 95 and conveniently located halfway between NYC and Boston.
